Symptoms

On : 8.12 version, Fixed Assets

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Asset that is fully depreciated continues to depreciate after the asset has a net book value of zero.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the asset gets to a zero net book value, the system should stop taking any additional depreciation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up an asset that is fully depreciated using the depreciation rule set up by the client.
2. Run the R12855 in preliminary mode.
3. Review results.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users get incorrect financial information.
