Symptoms

Report Definition output and XML source files are downloaded as 0 KB files from both WSJ and P95630. Issue is specific to web client, the file with actual content is download correctly on windows FAT client. Below error is observed in the corresponding e1root log of the html instance:


Please note that this is not an issue with RD processing as the RD job status will be D in P95630 and the output is actually generated but this is a download issue from web client.

Changes

Upgraded to 9.2.3.3 or 9.2.3.4
