E1: E1PAGE: Watchlist Not Updating or Not Accurate

Symptoms
Customer has watchlists on different E1 Pages but they shows inaccurate value/count. Click on refresh does not update the value.
The watchlist shows a count value but click on it to launched the associated app shows the details / records in different count number.
Watchlists are only getting updated if sign out of E1 and back on.
