Symptoms

When attempting to create a change order for an existing subcontract purchase order  using the processPurchaseOrder (J4300010) web service; a new base contract line is created (Order Suffix = 000) instead of a change order line (Order Suffix = 001); even though the 001 is being passed into suffix field via BSSV.
