Last updated on AUGUST 01, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Fulfillment Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

There is a requirement of setting priority and scoring based on the Promise Delivery Date. Currently, order scoring can be done on the following using Advanced Preference Scoring in the Fulfillment Management Module:

- Order Type Advanced Preference 42 (OTPRIO)
- Line Type Advanced Preference 43 (LTPRIO)
- Requested Date Age Preference 44 (RDAPRIO)

Fulfillment Management scoring provides the ability to use a custom function as a component of calculating the score. The custom function provides the capability for a customer to include additional criteria in the scoring algorithm outside of the predefined criteria of order type, line type, customer priority and requested date.
