Symptoms

Users receive Currency Exchange Rate Not Found (Error 0949) when working with P42050 - Check Credit-Credit Check. The error is isolated to one customer. The error is not displayed when the customer is used for a sales order and credit check is done during order entry.

A review of the customer master record shows a value of USD in the Currency Code - A/B Amounts field (CRCA) and in the Currency Code field (CRCD).
