Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Service Mgmt. General P90CD015

When entering a parts list item with Supplier Catalog (P41061) set-up, and tabbing down off the parts list line, the errors "Currency Exchange Rate Not Found" and "Invalid Parameters" are generated.

ERROR
-----------------------
In a single currency environment, User entering a service order, added an item to the parts list and received two errors. 1) Currency exchange rate not found and 2) Invalid parameters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- User is able to add a different item to the same order without a problem.
- User is able to add the first item to a different order at a different branch to the same customer without a problem.
- Client is using a single currency environment.
- Currency cat codes on the various tables are all blank.
