When a TBD (To Be Determined) Bid Contract is added to the Lot Start Workfile (F44H711) by running R44H700 Lot Start Workfile Generation, the record is represented in the workfile review (P44H711) with blue text to indicate that the actual supplier needs to be selected via the Row Exit for Assign Supplier to further process this record.  Taking the Row Exit will display the P44H704 Form W44H704A -  Lot Start Workfile Review - Select from Allowed Suppliers which should display a list of suppliers that have records in Supplier Assignment P44H604 for the related Trade Code which are also set with Assignment Status = 1.

Assignment Status, (Alias: ASNSTS) - A code that indicates if the supplier is available for Supplier TBD processing.

Values are:

0: The supplier is not eligible for Supplier TBD processing.

1: The supplier is eligible for Supplier TBD processing.

2: The supplier is a TBD Supplier for takeoffs.

However, if there are records in Supplier Assignment for this Trade Code and additional suppliers where the Assignment Status = 0, these suppliers are also displayed when taking the row exit.  Records with Assignment Status = 0 should NOT display when taking the row exit.  If the user clicks the Find button on the form, the correct values ("Assignment Status ="1") are returned and the incorrect values (Assignment Status ="0") are removed.

The Expected Results are that when the user performs the Row Exit to "Assign Supplier", the list of eligible Suppliers should only contain Suppliers with an Assignment Status = "1".    If the user clicks the Find button on the form, the correct values ("Assignment Status ="1") are returned and the incorrect values (Assignment Status ="0") are removed.   However, if the user does not click Find, they are able to select the records with an Assignment Status ="0".
