Symptoms

When CustomerManager JP010020 processCustomerV3 is used by third party website/portal multiple users enter customer account and address information. This is calling EnterpriseOne Web Service CustomerManager JP010020 processCustomerV3 to create Address Book and Customer Master records.

The new customer entry can happen in very quick succession. What is noted is that at times is users could enter the same Long Address Number ALKY at the same time, the web service creates two address book records with different address numbers but the same Long Address Number.

This creates confusion and at times incorrect data in generating service contracts and AR Invoices.
