Where an Order Level adjustment is in place to add a charge at a specific Level Break (for example, add $10 to order amounts under $1000), the functionality currently adds the line – with a zero price - when the order amount is above the threshold. The Description on the line often indicates “Freight Charge” or similar, causing confusion when the customer sees the line, but with no charge.
The request is to enhance the Order Level adjustment functionality so that no line is added under this scenario. Alternatively, add a line with an alternative Description (“Freight Included on Orders Above $xxxx” or similar) when the system is not calculating a freight charge.
