Symptoms

In R3483 data selection, set Planning Code (MPST) =2. Run R3483 (PRP) with ETO project mode (set 1 to #3 project  Planning in 8-Mfg Mode tab of R3483 processing option). No order messages for component in parts list of WO tasks are created.

When running the same R3483 version for non-project related WOs, order messages are created correctly.
