Goal
When processing an ST/OT Ship/Receipt, the Last Receipt Date (LRCJ) on the receiving location is populated as today's date/transaction date rather than the Last Receipt Date of the shipping location.
Imagine following Scenario:
- Item BD/40981/R/KQS/CHB was received into Branch UNIT1 / Location DES on 14/03/17.
- Transfer Order 7470 ST is processed today (16/07/19) to move this stock from UNIT1/DES to BELL1/REC.
- Reviewing the F41021, the Last Receipt Date is in the receiving location is populated with today’s date making this look like new stock.
The challenge this causes is that, despite this being 2+yr old stock, it now shows as new stock and FIFO processing will select more recent stock than this for replenishment etc.
Is there any way to have the OT Receipt use the original LRCJ from the ST location?
