E1 : WLS : Weblogic Managed Servers Going into FAILED State Causing the E1 Web Link Going Down (Doc ID 2572875.1)

Symptoms

Intermittently the WebLogic Managed Server hosting the E1 HTML server goes into "FAILED" status  . The  managed server has to be restarted to resolve the situation .

There can be multiple causes and depending on it , the following symptoms can been seen.

Multiple timeout errors in the e1root log as below
