E1: 07: Shift Differential Missing Description On Main Page When * Is Used in the P059241 (Doc ID 2574129.1)

Symptoms

When "*" is used as Shift Differential method value the description is missing in the main page. However, when you select the record, the description is there.
Steps:

1. Go to UDC and Add new value * to 06|SH
2. Clear Cache if needed so the new value can be used in the application.
3. Go to P059241 to add a new shift code using the * value. Notice the description is not coming in.
