Symptoms

With appropriate Estimated Quantity across a Parts List Item, Estimated Billable Amount is not calculated correctly within P17730. Estimated Billable Amount defaults to the Unit Price of the Item, though the Billable Flag is set to 'Y' with the Percentage Covered being Zero.
