Symptoms

P4310BR - Purchase Order Details Brazil

When user which has Brazilian Localization turned on in its user profile attempt to create a purchase order, the error below is displayed in the screen. The issue began after upgrading the tools release to 9.2.3.1.

The application works fine when running in Web Development Client (Fat Client ).

The issue can be reproduced as follows:
1. Call the P4310 PO Entry program
2. On the Header Enter – Branch, supplier, ship to – Click OK
3. Enter Item Number and Quantity in the Details form– click Save
4. Purchase Order Regional Information (P4310BR) is called, then when accepting defaulted values in form and clicking Save
5. System displays Web Exception Error and user cannot conclude with the order entry.
