Symptoms

After installing ESU JN17140, the first full package ends with an error during the insert of objects into the Repository Tables. The R9621S shows the error:

There is no other data in the R9621S Report.

Changes

Applying ESU JN17140, which contains P90CA040, changed how the package build process is looking for bitmaps, which caused the issue.
