E1: MOBJ: Media Object Queues Are Slow To Load File List

Symptoms
When user selects a Media Object Queue to attach a file, the file list takes a long time (around 30-60 seconds) to load in E9.2. In E9.0, the Media Object Queue is loaded almost immediately.
STEPS
-------
1. In any application e.g. P01012
2. Click Row Exit Attachments
3. In Media Object Viewer, click on the File Icon
4. Select Media Object Queue radio button
5. Click on the drop down list. It takes a long time to load.
