E1: 43: Paper Clip Is Not Working On P43090 with Advanced Media Objects (Doc ID 2577468.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 16, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Advanced Media Objects are turned on in the JDE.INI file.  When the media objects are accessed from clicking on the paperclip, the media object does not display.  However, when accessing the media object by doing the row exit/attachments, the media object does display.

It works correctly in other programs, for example P01012.  By clicking on the paper clip, you can see the media object.
