Symptoms
When an employee makes changes for W-4 through Employee Self Service (P05410 ZJDE0011), IRS Form W-4, Employee's Withholding Allowance for ESS (P0855303) the changes are not retained.
Employee makes changes, click Accept, and receives a Confirmation number, and clicks Finish. But if they relaunch P05410 ZJDE0011 the changes are not retained.
This happens when there are multiple F085303W records for the employee.
