E1: 05: Error messages not clearing after deleting invalid time card records from P051128 (Doc ID 2581581.1)

In E1 Employee Summary Time Entry program (P051128), Error Messages are not clearing even after deleting the invalid time card record.

Symptoms

In E1 9.2 HCM, in Time Entry - Employee Summary Time Entry, Add a new record, but input a wrong Account Number on purpose to trigger error messages to appear on top. Then Select and Delete this record -- observe that though the line has been deleted, the Error messages are still present in the header, but they should not be.
