Symptoms

When both license plated and loose quantity exists in a location, Ship confirmation (P4205) is unsuccessful due to error below even though the loose quantity if more than sufficient to fulfill the order:

Non Qualifying Item Location (Error id 133LPN)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ensure location/lot has both license plated quantity and loose items
2. Enter sales order for quantity less than existing loose quantity
3. Run R42520 to commit to location
4. Go to ship confirm order - receive error 133LPN Non-quanlifying Item location

Note: If there is no loose quantity in the location, the following error will also be displayed: Insufficient Loose Item Quantity (Error ID 488Z)
