E1: XMLP: XMLP Sending Multiple TO: Records When Bursting and SMTP Server Throws Error and Some Email Failed to Send
(Doc ID 2581967.1)

Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
XMLP Report Definition is set to burst emails to multiple recipients using Data Driven Email Delivery. The Email fails because the Mail Server splits the Email ID's to multiple "TO" fields. For security reasons, some SMTP servers accept only one "TO" field. The expectation is to put all email ID's with comma separation in the "TO" field. The XMLP process finishes normally with Done status (S - Submitted), but the receiving SMTP server is only processing the first "TO" entry and rejecting all additional "TO" entries.
