Symptoms

In the process of upgrading the E1local database from Oracle 11.2.0.1 to 12.1.0.2. The tablespace export was done successfully using "\detach_planner.bat" and "detach_metadata.bat" . However during the import, following errors are seen while running "attach_planner.bat"
