Symptoms

Define an Advanced query in P4310 form W4310G to search for certain OP and company.

If a purchase order has subledger and subledger type populated, the query will not display it on the first run.

Steps:

  1.  Start application P4310, form W4310G from G43 Menu - selection based on custom query is showing 258 purchase orders in the grid.
  2.  Select from query selection 'all records' -> all records are shown
  3.  Select the custom query again: 261 purchase orders are shown (3 more)
Note: the 3 orders shown only after changing the query have subledger and subledger type populated.

If a purchase order has subledger and subledger type populated, the query will not display it on the first run.

Users need to select it twice.
