Information in this document applies to any platform.

P4310 does not save the changes from purchase order header Additional Properties.

1. Create SD/OD order so user cannot edit Additional properties at order creation
2. Set P4310 processing option tab Display to enable Additional Properties
3. Open P4310 change values in header - Additional Properties (example Address Book 01) and save
4. Reopen and notice value was not saved

According to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Procurement Management Implementation Guide - Additional Properties and Category Codes you can then enter the values:
"Purchase orders not created directly in P4310, such as transfer orders, direct ship orders, and order generation programs, do not provide access to the user-defined fields. Once the purchase order is generated, you can then access the order in P4310 to enter values in the user-defined fields."
