E1: 15: Expense Participation Calculation Generation(R15110), Override Dates Proc. Options on the Billings Tab Doesn't Match Class Exp. Amount Being Used for Calculation. (Doc ID 2585263.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 05, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Real Estate Management - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The E.P. class exposure that is being used for the E.P. calculation isn't correct.  It is being calculated for a single period when it should be calculated using the dates in the processing option "Override Begin and Override End Date" on the billings tab in the Expense Participation Calculation Generation(R15110).
When running Expense Participation Generation and specifying override date range on the Billings Processing option tab, the amount class exposure being used doesn't match the date range.

For example, if the date range in the processing options are 01/01/19 thru 04/30/19, the class exposure amount used should fall within this date range.
