E1: MOBJ: Blank Screen Appears When Adding a New File Attachment or Nothing Happens When Viewing Existing File Attachment - Using FTP (Doc ID 2585289.1)

Symptoms

Configured the required ftp setup for media object functionality and verified that ftp successfully works from web server to file server. When trying to attach a new file attachment from any application in E1 web client, nothing happens when clicking on the File option in media object viewer. If File option is clicked again, a blank screen is displayed and nothing further happens. No related errors are captured in the e1root log nor on-screen.

In some cases, blank screen comes up after selecting the file and upon clicking Add button.



Also, nothing happens when clicking on the existing file attachments to view/download and below message is captured in the e1root log:
