E1: OMW: Batch Version Checkin Crash When Checkin and Login Pathcodes Are Different or When Login into non-DV Environment

Batch Version Checkin fails and crashes under the following conditions:
- Logged into non-DV environment
- Multiple Transfer Activity Rules (TARs) exist for UBEVER object type for different 'To Location' pathcode other than the Login pathcode
The following messages are in the jdedebug log:
Check-out and Check-In of Batch Version are treated differently from other Object Librarian objects and do not follow the standard set of transfer activity rules (TARs) defined in Object Management Configuration (OMC - P98230).
Update to tools Release 188.8.131.52 through 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11 through 18.104.22.168.
