Symptoms

When running Statistics History Refresh (R03B16A), it is not picking up partial receipts that are not closing invoices. Since these receipts are not closing invoices, the Last Applied Amount (ALP) and Date Last Paid (DLP) are not being updated when you go into Account Status Summary (P03B218).


Steps To Reproduce:

1. Enter Invoice and post
2. Enter a partial receipt and post
3. Run R03B16A
4. Check Account Status Summary (P03B218) and notice that the Last Applied Amount (ALP) and Date Last Paid (DLP) are not being updated.
