Symptoms

When attempting to create a 3-way match voucher on one particular purchase order, the program errors and prevents the voucher from being created.

Specific error messages

1. Enter Voucher Match (P0411/P4314). Populate Purchase Order, Vendor and Invoice information in the header and take the Form Exit to Receipts to Match.
2. Select the Receipt to Match and click the green checkmark.
3. While still on the “Select Receipt to Match” screen the error “Fetch From Cache B4302450H1 failed” (078N) is displayed.
