Symptoms

Users often copy an image in clipboard and paste in media object text editor to save the image as blob. This used to work before tools release upgrade. However, after changing tools release and upgrading the Microsoft SQL Server database , users cannot save an image using this method. No error appears on screen but when inquiring on saved media object it is not displayed at all.

E1root log will show below error messages during upload of media object image :
