E1: 31P: Project Workbench Planned Labor Costs Not Cleared for Deleted Routing (P31P001, F4801T) (Doc ID 2589543.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 21, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Engineer to Order - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a routing from a work order in a project is deleted, the planned labor amount, in the financial planning tab, is not deleted or cleared, accordingly.   Similar to Bug 25095529, deleting a manually attached work order routing from an ETO project work order task, does not clear the F4801T planned labor costs.  Material costs are cleared when deleting the parts list.  Not clearing labor costs is incorrect.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create an ETO project
2.Add a Work order
3.Attach a routing with labor hours.
4.Exit the routing and save the project.
5.The planned Labor amount is equal to "Hours X Work Center Rate".
6.Access the Routing and Delete it by "Form - Delete Routing" OR Select All and Delete.
7.Save the routing.
8.Save and close the project.
9.Edit the project.
10.The planned labor amount is not deleted.  Deleting a manually attached work order routing from an ETO project work order task, does not clear the F4801T planned labor costs.  The planned labor amount should be zero after the routing is deleted.
