E1: 34 R3483 Set For Forecast Consumption by Customer the Demand From a Sales Order Consumes the Beginning of the Period but Fails to Reduce Total Period Forecast (Doc ID 2590239.1)

Symptoms

When Requirements Planning (MRP) R3483 is set up for "Forecast Consumption by Customer" the Sales Order (SO) demand correctly shown in the Time Series as -FCST at the start of the Forecast Consumption period but then the Forecast for that Customer is not reduced. This results in an oversupply.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Item and Data for Forecast Consumption by Customer
2. Run R3483 set for Forecast Consumption, save resulting Time Series
3. Run again set for Forecast Consumption by Customer, compare Time Series to prior run.
