E1: 12: After Fix the For Bug 30250593 R12855 Processing Options Still Incorrect in Different Languages - Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Germany (Doc ID 2591671.1)

Symptoms

When the user language is set to certain languages the system is not using the proper Processing Options values for User Defined Deprecation (R12855). Processing Option 1 - Process Mode from the Process tab is instead reflected on the Defaults tab, and the program does not recognize the mode of processing. Currently the languages that have reported this issue are Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Germany.

Steps:
1. In User Profile set Language to "Italian"
2. Sign Out / Sign In
3. Fastpath to Batch Version(BV), select R12855
4. Verify Processing Options
5. The translations are not aligned correctly.
