E1: HELP: Unable to Expand Advanced Options Under Item Help When Using Internet Explorer 11 (Doc ID 2592404.1)

Symptoms

When accessing Item Help for any field, it will pop-up the Item Help window with Advanced Options collapsed.



Ideally, when clicking on the Advanced Options, it should expand and show AIS Id and Business View as shown below:



In specific customer scenario, nothing was happening when clicking on Advanced Options. This was happening when using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) to access the E1 web client. Same web client URL, when accessed in chrome, expanded the Advanced Options as expected.
