Symptoms

On 9.2.3.x tools release,  form extension field (Transaction Reference - F4111.TREF Business View Column) is added to the Grid in form W4114A (Inventory Adjustments).


 
When form is in Add mode, the value that is entered in the form extension field Transaction Reference (F4111.TREF ) is not saved. Users are unable to use the Transaction Reference field to store transaction related information when creating Inventory Adjustments.

Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Add Form Extension field (Transaction Reference [F4111.TREF] to the grid in W4114A
  2. Save the form extension.
  3. Test the application with the following steps:

    1. Enter P4114 in fastpath 
    2. Click Add button
    3. In W4114A, enter the following fields:

      Enter Branch/Plant = 30 
      Enter Explanation = Test 123
      In the grid, enter 12345 in Transaction Reference field (TREF)
      In the grid, enter Item Number = 220 and Quantity = 2-

    4. Click OK to save.
    5. Re-inquire the document that was saved. The TREF form extension field value is not saved.
