 Question 1: When processing option 11 is flag as 1 to use the proxy, how will the system know if it should use 20 or 40 hours?
 Question 2:  If processing option 11 is set as 2 to use actual hours worked, what table does the system use to retrieve the data?  Also, will the system use the work date or check date to determine the hours worked?
 Question 3: When processing option 11 is set to 1, what formula does the system use to calculate the hours?
 Question 4:  The employee is salaried.  When processing option 11 is set as 1 to use proxy, why there are there no hours calculate for this employee?
 Question 5:  How will the system determine the employee qualification during the reporting period?
