E1:SEC: Unable To Login Into E1 Web Client Using The User ID Which Are Created On 9.2.3.x TR (Doc ID 2593334.1)

Symptoms

Customer created separate system Data Source for 9.2.3.x TR by following the steps mentioned in the document --> E1: SEC: Errors While Starting Enterprise Server Services On A Multi Foundation System (Doc ID 2322366.1)

Production system points to System - 910 (SY910) and Non Production System Points to System - 910 NP (SYNP910) Data Source. Customer can create a user ID in production system and able to login into PD HTML instance but user ID which are created from non production environments are unable to login into E1 Web client , they are getting blank screen
