E1: 08ES: Employee Self Service Available Plans R085520 Not Calculating Plan Cost Correctly (Doc ID 2594536.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 24, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Employee Self-Service - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

R085520 Event Rules have a missing Fetch Next F08330 parameter that should return DBA End Date. This causes the R085520 to incorrectly cycle through an employee's enrollment F08330 reviewing for a blank DBA End Date (active enrollment).

The issue can cause the R085520 to not the build the calculated plan cost properly for some of the plans that have a calculation table attached to them.

1. Setup a DBA (example is for Supplemental Life) in P059116 that uses Table Calculation for method 9 TABLE - AGE(FAGE/SAGE).

2. Setup a plan that uses this DBA.

3. Employee has multiple enrollment F08330 for past enrollments of supplemental life.

 4. Run Build R085520:

Event Rules for Employee Master - All Fields event Do Section is missing code for change under Bug 22495491.

There is a fetch to F08330 for plan/plan options for an employee returning DBA Begin and DBA End.  But the immediately succeeding Fetch Next within the While is only mapped for DBA Begin (not DBA End).
