Symptoms

Promised Delivery Date (RSDJ) and Promised Ship Date (PPDJ) are not updated automatically when Schedule Pick Date (PDDJ) is Changed on Sales Order with Delivery Date Preference.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Create Delivery Date and Order Preparation Days Preferences
  2. Set R40400 with Delivery Date and Order Preparation Days = 1
  3. Set P4210 with Preference = 1
  4. Create sales order, Promised Delivery Date (RSDJ) and Promised Ship Date (PPDJ) are set as per preferences.
  5. Save the order.
  6. Edit the sales order, change Schedule Pick Date (PDDJ) and notice Promised Delivery Date (RSDJ) and Promised Ship Date (PPDJ) are not updated automatically as per preference.
