E1: 40R: Database Block on F40R14 when Executing the Outbound ASN (R47032) (Doc ID 2595892.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the R47032 (ASN Extraction), the program fails due to a database block in the F40R14.  The following errors are seen in the jde.log:

ODB0000164 - STMT:00 [23000][2627][2] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'F470374_PK'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'PRODDTA.F470374'. The duplicate key value is (4.35527e+006, SH, 00071, 1000, 0, , , BY ).
