E1: 30A: After Tools R30445A Purchase Column Heading Missing On CSV (Doc ID 2595967.1)

In 9.2 after upgrading to Tools release the R30445A Multi Level Costed Bill Report is missing the Purchase Column Heading when viewing the report in a CSV format. However the PDF Formatted version of the report correctly displays the Purchased Column Heading and data correctly. In 9.1 Tools 1.5 or in 9.2 using an earlier Tools release i.e. The Purchased Column and its Data is displayed correctly on the CSV formatted version of the report.

Steps To Duplicate:
1.  In 9.2 Tools Release Go to BV Batch Versions and copy or add a version of the R30445A Multi Level Costed Bill Report and set the processing as desired.
2.  Data Select on any Parent item that has a Multi Level P3002 BOM and P30026 / F30026 Simulated and Frozen Cost Records.
3.  When running the UBE in the Print Selection screen in Tab Document Setup request that a CSV version of the report be created.
4. Now Form Exit to Submitted Jobs, highlight the correct report, Row Exit and View the PDF first.  Notice the Purchased Column Heading and its data exist on the report. Then Row Exit to view the CSV version of the Report and you will see the Purchased Column Heading does not exist. Note if this same test is done in 9.1 Tools 1.5 CSV report displays correctly, or if it is done in 9.2 using an earlier Tools release i.e. CSV report displays correctly as well.
