Symptoms

In purchase order entry program, the cancelled line quantity column is validated again for valid values.

STEPS 

1. In P4310 create a purchase order with incorrect details on item number and quantity column. Receive errors Invalid Item Number (Error id  - 4738) and Units – Order/Transaction Quantity has an invalid data dictionary value.
2. Cancel the line and tab down.
3. Try to enter a valid item number and quantity, the value in the cancelled line is incorrectly validated.
4. The system still issues Units - Order / Transaction quantity has an invalid data dictionary value.
