Symptoms

The Print Delinquency Notice process (programs R03B525, R03B5005, and R03B20/R03B21) when set up to require collection manger approval before generating the notice, does not complete successfully when the approver's Email/Internet setup on the AB Who's Who file contains an email address. Instead, the R03B525 never finishes. If the email address is not present, the entire process works as desired through to the approval and generation of the notice.
