E1: 15: System Incorrectly Throws Multiple Errors When Adding/Updating Legal Clauses on Lease (P1570) (Doc ID 2597252.1)

After applying ESU for Bug 28129685 - ABLE TO ENTER LEGAL CLAUSE INFO (P1570) W/O TENANT OR LEASE NUMBER, the system now does not allow any edits to the lease for Legal Clauses. When updating or adding a Legal Clause on the lease, the form gives a hard error when the Tenant field is blank. Hard error is Blanks Invalid (Error ID: 0003). Lease field is populated for the lease.

If the user attempts to clear the hard error to populate the Tenant field, the system gives a different hard error of Invalid Clause Type (Error ID: 329F).

At this point, the user is unable to add or modified existing Legal Clauses.

It is also noted that Next Number for Legal Clauses increments each time the user clicks save and nothing is actually saved to the lease due to the hard errors.
