Last updated on OCTOBER 11, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Agreement Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

If you have an Agreement for Sales or Purchasing with Quantity Control turned on and your quantity on the detail line exceeds the quantity on existing agreements, the system will not find and show agreements even though they have quantity that can be used.

1. Create a Purchase Agreement with quantity control for 1000 KG.
2. Add a Purchase Order that matches the criteria for the Purchase Agreement, but for a quantity larger than the Agreement.
3. The program does not automatically assign the Agreement (processing option Agreement Search on 1 for the version P4310).
4. Error follows stating "No Agreements found for this Search".

In the above example agreements can lower the quantity on the purchase order to match the remaining quantity on the agreement. It can also spread the quantity to multiple agreements that have a remaining quantity (which is not sufficient alone, but it is when combining them).

The program works as designed and a businesses would be interested all the open Agreements that have lower balance than the current purchase order.
