E1: E1PAGES: Search on E1 Page is Not Visible or E1 Page Does Not Appear caused by Security Issues with Roles and Viewing Classic E1 Pages after Tools Upgrade (Doc ID 2598146.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to 9.2 from 9.1 tools release, the majority or users/roles cannot see Classic E1 Pages that they have been granted permission to view via UDO security.
However, any user or role that has an entry in P00950 for Application Security with permissions for *ALL objects & Run = Yes in P00950 are not impacted.

Please note that newly created Classic E1 Pages are not impacted.
