The EMS system stores employee profiles in the Employee Profile Definition table (F20103). The associated Manager Field (MGRID) will reflect a responsible supervisor/manager depending on the Employee Profile Entry program (P20103) progressing option. There may be an occasion to make manager changes to respective employees listed in the F20103. Presently there is not a global program that can accomplish this and therefore each employee has to be manually updated.

There is a need to have a UBE that can accomplish global update similar to the UBE Employee Profile Batch Creation (R09E121). Using the basically the same processing option will provide adequate update controls. In additional provide the following:
1. A processing option to update existing expense report’s Manager Field (MGRID) that are listed in the Expense Report Header Table (F20111) that have an Expense Reimbursement Routing Rule less than 900.
2. A processing option to send a workflow message to the newly assigned manager listing expense reports that are now under his responsibility.
