E1: TC: Problem Running a Table Conversion UBE Locally, Receives Error "Failed to communicate with security server: Unable to locate Security Server" (Doc ID 2601282.1)

Symptoms

Having a problem running a Table Conversion UBE locally on a fat client. Getting the following popup error after submitting:

  "Failed to communicate with security server: Unable to locate Security Server"

The following errors are seen in the jde.log which indicates JDENET Error = eTimeOut


The Popup error occurs after 20-30 seconds of trying to submit the UBE and the submit UBE Screen is showing “Launching UBE Job on LOCAL server…” in the lower left of the screen.

All non Table Conversion UBE’s submit locally and run fine, this is only an issue with Table Conversions running locally.
